How Each Session Flows
Each breathwork session gives you the opportunity to lay down and relax while you connect to your body with each breath. You’ll experience a fully guided breathwork session infused with music, visualization, meditation, ThetaHealing, Reiki, and mindset coaching.
Ground & Connect
We begin with a grounding meditation to calm the nervous system through gentle breaths and visualization. This creates a safe, supportive space to drop into your body and open to healing.
Breathe & Release
You’ll be guided into a new breath pattern, a gentle rhythmic style of breathing (inhale/inhale & exhale) to release stuck emotions, shift old patterns, and increase your energy flow. As you breathe, you may notice emotional release or physical sensations moving through your body.
Anchor & Integrate
Toward the end, the music slows as you move into a deep & relaxing meditation, allowing awareness and insights to unfold. You’ll hear affirmations that help your mind anchor any shifts. After the session, we take a few minutes to integrate, allowing any messages to flow onto your journal.
