Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from yourself? Ready to experience deep clarity and a renewed sense of inner connection?

Join us for a gentle flow breathwork experience designed to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. Together we’ll move through a flowing sequence of a ThetaHealing guided meditation, a 3-part breath pattern, and an empowering affirmation meditation. All set to music, with Reiki energy healing throughout.

  • Gentle integration and journaling before closing

  • A 90-minute session, including time for optional sharing in the circle afterward

  • Comfortable mats, blankets, eye masks, and journals will be provided for all participants
