Each session is fully guided, giving you the opportunity to lay down and relax while the music plays and your mind-body connects with each breath.

General flow of each Breathwork session:

Ground & Connect
We begin with a gentle grounding meditation to calm your nervous system with connection and flow. This creates a safe, supportive space to drop into your body and open to healing.

Breathe & Release
You’ll be guided into a new breath pattern. A gentle rhythmic style of breathing designed to release stuck emotions or energy from the body, shift old patterns, and raise your frequency. As you breathe, you may notice emotional release, physical sensations, or moments of clarity and insight.

Anchor & Integrate
Towards the end of the session you may notice the music changing as it transitions into a period of relaxation. This time is sacred, allowing deep awareness and insights to unfold. During this part of the meditation you will hear affirmations, allowing your mind to anchor in the shifts.

After each session we take a few minutes to integrate by allowing any insights or downloads to flow on to your journal. Integration is a process through which we understand the total meaning and value of everything that has happened and it is an important part of the breathwork practice. It can often continue for hours or days after a session.
